Occasionally your battery may not function exactly the way you expected. Or there may be something with which you are not familiar.

Here are some quick links to help you solve the more common problems. If these do not answer your questions, or you wish to make a battery warranty claim, please complete and submit the warranty form.
* Please do not use high powered/fast chargers that output more than 5volts/2amps to charge your battery.
Please contact your supplier for a replacement.
All batteries (excluding all-in-ones) sold by ACTIVE are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for a period of 180 days from the date of sale, subject to certain exclusions.
