Buoy is an exclusive all-in-one developed with Sunburn Cannabis to translate their Florida identity into hardware people recognize instantly. Inspired by coastal utility objects, shrimp boat culture, and Sunburn’s orange-and-white brand language, the device pairs an ownable buoy-shaped form with performance tuned for rosin.

A device shaped by the brand
Sunburn did not need another stock AIO with a logo on it. They needed hardware that felt specific to their world: Florida, fishing, shrimp boats, orange heat, and a brand built to stand apart. The final buoy-shaped form gives the device an immediate silhouette that feels unmistakably Sunburn before the logo has to explain it.

A playful shape with serious constraints
The buoy shape was more than a brand gesture. Its rounded, compact profile was developed for pocket-sized use, comfortable handling, and a more open airflow structure. As the form evolved, the team refined the mouthpiece, internal path, and overall geometry until the distinctive shape became a practical device. Recognizable on shelf, comfortable in hand, and engineered around the oil inside.

Tuned for rosin performance
Inside, Buoy pairs our proprietary ceramic and silicon carbide core with custom voltage wave technology. The goal was to preserve flavor and terpenes while still producing satisfying vapor, avoiding the thin, wispy hits that can come from low-temperature rosin devices. The result is a cooler thermal profile than standard ceramic, and other flavor-sensitive oils.
