On a full charge, the Singular battery typically delivers 120 to 150 puffs. Actual performance varies based on several factors, including voltage setting (higher settings draw more current), ambient temperature, and your puff style. Longer or deeper inhales increase the power draw per activation, which can reduce the total number of puffs per charge.

The Singular battery is USB-C rechargeable. Since most people have chargers, we don’t include one to help reduce waste.

Important Safety Information:
- Use only chargers that output 5V or less to avoid damaging your battery.
- Do not charge or use the battery if it is damaged.
- Keep the battery dry at all times.
- Do not charge or operate the battery below 40°F (5°C) or above 110°F (43°C).
Option 1: Use the pre-heat function described above.
Option 2: Warm your pod in your hand or place it near a heat source. BUT only for a few seconds! Once you see the oil thin out, remove the heat. Overheating pods can make things worse. Be gentle with the amount of heat!

Using a cotton swab lightly dampened with 70%-90% isopropyl or ethyl alcohol, carefully clean around the pod and battery threads and contact point.
- Do not leave pods in your car or in direct sunlight. It's bad for the oil and the pod. Temperature changes can cause clogs and leaks.
